With all that goodness inside the bottle, when the oil gets to about half-full, top it back up with extra virgin olive oil. That way it hasn’t run out completely. And if you fill it from empty, it will be without flavour for a week or so. If you refill when it is half full, it still has its flavour.

You can customise to your own flavour if you wish. Some people have enjoyed the flavour of adding a clove of garlic.
