My dad puts it on pretty much anything edible.
He cooks with it in Bolognaise or in Chilli con carne. Or probably anything.

I loved, loved, loved your chilli oil. As an absolute chilli-head, I usually steer clear of chilli oils as they never live up to their expectations (think chilli oil offered in pizza restaurants!)

How Does This Chilli Oil Work?
Other oil bottles are usually sold as a bottle of only oil.
My oil is extra virgin olive oil, still soaking and infusing in many whole chillies – and many different types of chillies, still in the bottle.
When its all gone – or half gone – you can simply top it up with an oil of your choice.
If you want, you can use vegetable oil, which has a lighter flavour, like corn oil, canola oil or simple vegetable oil. Maybe try a few different oils to see which you prefer to refill it with each time.
